The following data is from production, for reference only!

Dyed yarn:

Chemical fiber 4%, T/c5%, cvc6%, 100% cotton combing, 7% weaving:

Fiber of chemical fiber is 0.3%,

Fiber short fiber, 1.5 percent,

T/C combed raw materials: 2%

CVC, cotton combed materials: 2.5%

Colour yarn: 3-6% attached:

The loss of the above yarn is larger on this basis;

Poor raw material manufacturers are short of two (very common) on this basis;

The thicker the yarn, the lower the quality of cotton fiber, the bigger the loss;

The same specification raw materials, I used to be a famous raw material trader in Shanghai the loss of only 1. Five percent, and four percent of the loss of a company in jiangsu (weaving, a lot of flocculation), and the loss of the dyeing and finishing in the back is also very different.

The smaller the order, the bigger the loss. If you make 15KG fabric, the fabric will be used for about 1KG, and 1500KG, or 1KG of the fabric.

The more color the color, the more the loss.

Different raw materials are interwoven. The more different raw materials, the more losses. Dyeing and finishing.

Water styling: 3-4%

Fiber long fibers: 4.5 to 5%

Fiber short fibers: 4.5 to 5.5 percent

T/C: 4.5 to 5.5%

CVC: dark 6-6.5%, medium color 6.5-7%, bleaching and light-colored 7-8%. The higher the proportion of cotton, the bigger the loss

Cotton: dark 7-7.5%, medium color 7.5-8%, light 8-9%, bleaching 8-9%

Enzyme treatment: 2.5%

Cut edge: (cut the width/width / 1000.2) %

Upper resin: if according to the length of fabric, there is no change; If the fabric weighs, the weight of the fabric will increase, so the loss will be small.

Brush: 1-2.5%

Grinding MAO: 1-2.5%

Brush, polish, and repair: 1-3%

CVC velvet: steamed yarn, woven, grey hair shearing combined losses of 11.5 to 13 percent

CVC velvet dyeing and finishing: 11.5-13%

Fly ash or yard-dyed CVC velvet sink to complete finished products: 6-10%

Ordinary shake grain dyeing and finishing products: 11-14%

Ultrafine grout dyeing and finishing: 15-19%

The finished product: 10-12%

Double - brush double - wave granule dyeing and finishing: 4-6% above

The loss of the rolling grain needs to be woven with the style of the granulation, otherwise the loss will be very large.

Fabric loss = (gross fabric weight - finished fabric weight)/gross fabric weight *100%

Main factors of fabric dyeing and finishing loss:

1. The material, yarn, oil agent, wax, pectin, cottonseed shell and other ingredients are removed in the bleaching. -

2. The breaking and shedding of the free fibers in the fabric and yarn in the dyeing and finishing, including the raised velvet and velvet in the finishing. -

3. Corrosion, dissolution and dissolution of the fabric through acid reduction, alkali reduction, enzyme treatment, chemical cleaning and other treatments. -

4. Shear loss in the fabric flow: to sew the head, make the cylinder sample, etc. -

5. Loss of fabric quality problems: failure to repair, repeat 2, 3.4 loss. -

6. The return of the gray cloth of > finished product. - ()

7. Dye and auxiliaries are adsorbed on fabric. Personal summary:

1. Cotton loss for knitted fabrics: 7 to 10% bleaching, 7-9% light color, 6-9% in dark color

2. Waste of polyester knitted fabrics: bleaching 7-9%, light color 6-8%, medium dark 5-8%

3. Total polyester knitted fabric loss: 4-6% (if the loss is larger, indicating the possibility of excessive oil concentration of raw materials)

4. Loose fabric dyed with > fastening fabric.

5. Fabrics of roving fabric are dyed with > yarn.
